The Neverfull Storage Routine
The Neverfull needs slightly more storage discipline than a structured bag because it collapses so readily. The correct routine:

- Undo the side cinch straps. Set the bag back to its "full" tote shape, not the cinched-down configuration.

- Check weekly — the corners will gradually push back outward as the canvas relaxes into the pillow's shape.
