At Fabrinique, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, Fabrinique will cover the cost of return shipping.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at fabrinique@gmail.com and include photos of the issue. We'll work quickly to make it right.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, simply request a return for your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Most refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, although your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.
