Sizing
Each pillow is sized to fit snugly inside your bag without distorting the structure. As a general guide: Petite fits mini crossbodies and small belt bags; Small fits compact top-handles; Mini fits small structured bags; Medium fits everyday totes and shoulder bags; Large fits oversized totes and travel bags. We offer pillow inserts specifically designed for the Hermès Birkin and Hermès Kelly. These are cut to the exact proportions of each bag to maintain the iconic silhouette. Shop Birkin pillows or Shop Kelly pillows.
Yes — if your bags are similar in size, one pillow can move between them. However, for best results and to ensure each bag is always protected, we recommend a dedicated pillow per bag. Our Signature Sets are a cost-effective way to cover multiple bags at once.
We always recommend sizing up. A pillow that fills your bag fully will do a better job maintaining structure than one that is too small. The pillow will naturally compress slightly to fit, and the angel hair fiber fill will adjust to the interior shape of your bag over time.
Materials
Every Fabrinique pillow features a premium polyester sateen shell — chosen for its smooth, silky surface that won't scratch or snag delicate leather linings — filled with angel hair fiber, a high-loft fill that maintains its shape through years of use. Both materials are selected specifically to be gentle on the interior of luxury bags.
No. The polyester sateen fabric is specifically chosen because of its ultra-smooth weave. It will not pill, scratch, or transfer color. It is safe for all interior linings including suede, leather, and fabric — even the most delicate Hermès interiors.
Fabrinique pillows are available in Black, Charcoal, Cream, Gold, Grey, Navy, White, Ice Grey, and Ivory. We recommend choosing a color that complements your bag's interior lining for a seamless, elevated look.
Angel hair fiber is chosen precisely because of its long-term loft retention. Unlike down or basic polyester, it resists compression and bounces back after use. With normal care, your Fabrinique pillow will maintain its shape for many years.
Care
For light surface dust or debris, simply wipe the pillow with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. For a deeper clean, hand wash gently in cool water with a mild detergent, then reshape and lay flat to air dry completely before placing back in your bag. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
We recommend hand washing only. Machine washing can disturb the angel hair fill and alter the pillow's shape. Always air dry flat — never in a dryer — to maintain the pillow's structure and loft.
The pillow is designed to live inside your bag. When the bag is not in use, leave the pillow inside — that's the whole point. If storing separately, keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid compressing under heavy objects for extended periods.
Shipping
Standard domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. Orders below $75 are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time, but we are working to expand. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also view your order status at any time by logging into your account or visiting our order status page.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Yes. We are happy to exchange for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition. Please contact our team to arrange an exchange and we will get the right pillow to you as quickly as possible.
We take quality seriously. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Sets come with fixed pillow sizes — the sizes included in each set are pre-determined and cannot be swapped. Color is your only choice: you select one color and all pillows in the set are made in that same color. If you need a specific size combination, individual pillows are available on our Core Single Purse Pillow page.
