Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your FABRINIQUE purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us so we can make it right.

Return Window & Process To initiate a return, please notify us within 10 days of receiving your item.

Upon approval, we will email you a pre-paid shipping label.
Please Note: The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Label Processing Times Return labels are issued Monday through Friday.

Requests received before 3:00 PM PST will be processed the same day.
Requests received after 3:00 PM PST or on weekends will be processed the following business day.

Conditions of Return To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition (unused, unwashed, and unaltered) with the receipt included.

Exceptions CUSTOM ORDERS AND SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND NON-RETURNABLE.
