We want you to love your FABRINIQUE purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send us a message and let us know how we can fix it. Notify us within 7 to 10 days of receiving your item for a full refund, and we will send a pre-paid shipping label to you
Note: Please request the return Mondays through Fridays before 3:00 PM PST. If you request a return after those hours, we will issue the label the following day. If the request is on the weekend, we will send it to you Monday morning.
